Gordon Brown joined the Queen in leading tributes to the fallen today on the 91st anniversary of the end of World War I after a torrid week that has seen his support for British troops further questioned.
The Prime Minister and his wife were both at a special Armistice Day service in London, which was the first to be held since the deaths of the final World War I veterans living in Britain.
